BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS:
- All booking must be either confirmed or canceled prior to your scheduled event
- All booking will receive a text to confirm booking at least 5-6 days prior.
- Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- In case of bad weather it is customers option to cancel or keep booking once unit is delivered and set up we can no longer offer the option to reschedule.
- HIGH WINDS/ in case of high winds exceeding 15 MPH the units can not be delivered or set up unfortunately we will have to reschedule for a later date due to safety reasons.
